Our approach

We don’t silence the symptom — we look for the cause

Osteopathy sees the body as a single system. Where the pain is felt is often not where the problem originates. That is why the examination covers the entire chain, from the feet to the jaw.

The cause first

Posture, spine, pelvis and mobility are assessed. Where needed, Footscan, So-Check and posture analysis are used.

Then an individual plan

No two pains are the same — and no two patients’ treatments can be the same either. Your plan is drawn up after the examination and agreed with you.

Comprehensive approach

When osteopathy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and therapeutic massage work together, results come faster and last longer.

No medication, no injections

The goal is not dependence on painkillers, but activating the body’s own recovery mechanisms.

What is happening in your back?

"Kyphosis", "lordosis", "scoliosis" — these are doctors' words. Choose the sign below: we will show in a picture which part of the spine is curved.

From behind

Viewed from behind, the spine stays on a straight line.

Thoracic region — the upper part of the back

The thoracic region of the spine bulges backwards more than normal. Viewed from the side it looks like a hunched posture.

Lumbar region — the lower part of the back

The lumbar region of the spine curves forwards more than normal. According to the explanation on this site, this may cause persistent low back pain.

Sideways curvature — visible when viewed from behind

The spine curves to the right or to the left and takes on an "S" or "C" shape. It is not visible when viewed from the side — for this you need to look from behind.

Osteopathy does not “fix” bones — it creates the conditions for the body to heal itself. And that is exactly where its true strength lies.
For children

Scoliosis Academy

A group rehabilitation program for children up to 16 years of age.

Groups by scoliosis grade

Children are first examined, then divided into groups according to their scoliosis grade. Each group has 6–8 children.

Monitoring with a scoliometer

An X-ray is not used every time to measure the grade — a scoliometer is used instead.

Specialist supervision

Exercises are conducted under the supervision of a rehabilitation specialist and a physiotherapist.
