By keeping our body moving, we can prevent many degenerative — that is, destructive — diseases. Otherwise, the diseases whose names end in “-osis” will increase: osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease (spinal osteochondrosis) and so on.
1Walking — the simplest place to start
If you cannot do any sport at all, make sure you walk. When you breathe correctly while walking, your brain receives more oxygen, the organs in the abdominal cavity become active, the digestive system is stimulated and stress decreases.
2Immunity and movement
During physical activity, your muscles and fasciae move actively, setting blood and lymph circulation in motion. Considering that the main immune cells are found in the lymphatic system, you will see that physical activity is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself against viral infections.
